Cambodia to deport Anakata on immigration law violation

According to the Phnom Penh Post the Cambodian authorities are planning on deporting Gottfrid Svartholm Warg because of his violation of immigration laws rather than extraditing him.
The Phnom Penh Post quoted General Sok Phal as saying "We will use the Immigration Law against him to deport him out of our country and Minister of Interior Sar Kheng will sign on the deportation request letter from the police commissioner soon,".
It also appears that this deportation is at the request of the Swedish government as an easy way to get around the lack of an extradition treaty between Sweden and Cambodia.
