Arrested at the request of the Swedish government?

This morning it seems that the AFP is reporting that the arrest of Gottfrid Svartholm Warg was made at the request of the Swedish government.

"His arrest was made at the request of the Swedish government for a crime related to information technology," Cambodian national police spokesman Kirth Chantarith said to AFP.

This would seemingly contradict earlier reports which indicated that he was picked up on an unrelated crime and that this was the cause of the Cambodian authorities discovering that he was wanted internationally.
